New to Theatres This Weekend: The Wolf of Wall Street, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, 47 Ronin, Grudge Match

Happy Holidays everyone! Things are going to continue to be somewhat slow here at Film Junk over the next week or so, but until then, consider this an open thread for discussing any of the movies that are currently in theatres. Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf of Wall Street is looking like the one to beat among all of the new releases, although it’s unclear if it will be able to catch The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug. The other movies in wide release as of Christmas Day include Ben Stiller’s The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, 47 Ronin starring Keanu Reeves, Justin Bieber’s Believe, and Grudge Match starring Robert DeNiro and Sylvester Stallone. Peter Berg’s Lone Survivor andAugust: Osage County are also playing on just a few screens apiece. Which of these movies are you planning to see? And if you have seen any of them, what did you think?
