Film Junk Premium Podcast #25: Home Alone Commentary Track

‘Tis the season to be eating junk and watching rubbish, which is why this month we decided to order up our very own cheese pizza and sit down to watch the 1990 holiday classic, Home Alone! It’s a movie that almost everyone has seen a few billion times, so it seemed like a good opportunity to invite everyone watch it along with us by recording an audio commentary track for the film. Along the way, we offer our own childhood memories of Home Alone and discuss conspiracy theories about Uncle Frank and Elvis, plot holes that may or may not exist, and the disturbing level of violence in the film. We also address the first two sequels, Macaulay Culkin’s career, and of course, Frank continues to express his disdain for “mom” mentality. In keeping with the Christmas spirit, we’re also giving this commentary away for free until the New Year. Keep the change you filthy animals!
* Note: This podcast will be completely free until the New Year! (Donations are still more than welcome.) Also, there are syncing instructions in the intro of the track.
